Lara Kadylak

Lara Kadylak is the Manager of Annual Giving at the American Chemical Society (ACS) in Washington, DC. With more than 161,000 members, ACS is the world?s largest scientific society and one of the leading sources of authoritative scientific information.

Lara is responsible for creating a strategic plan to provide a solid base of annual donors and assisting in the cultivation of this group for major and planned gifts. She also manages the financials and database to determine benchmarks, trends and future needs. In 2012, she launched the ACS Loyal Donor program recognizing donors for giving ten gifts in the past ten years. Through branding and relationship building, this program has already yielded successful results toward the goal of involving, retaining, and increasing the contributions of these donors.

Prior to entering the Development field, Lara worked in direct marketing at the National Geographic Society and Thompson Publishing Group. She has her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Shepherd University.
